Critics Pick 50 Best BTS Songs | Billboard News

Happy fifth birthday, BTS! June 13th marks the five year anniversary of the group and in honor of their half decade of dominance, Billboard has compiled a list of the 50 best BTS songs according to our critics. Let’s take a look at the top three! Off their 2015 body of work ‘The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Pt. 2,’ “Run” comes in at No. 3. As Billboard points out, “‘Run’ is as tumultuous as a finely tuned pop song can get. There’s the ache that blankets the song, boiled down into the words ‘cry,’ ‘bye,’ and ‘lie.’ Underneath the song’s undeniably catchy exterior lies an embrace of the painful foolishness of love.” At No. 2 is another track from 2015, but this one arrived as part of ‘The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Pt. 1!’ “I Need U” is the second best BTS song according to Billboard. Many fans see this track as the turning point in BTS’s upward trajectory as it is the song that first snagged the group their long-coveted first-place trophies on Korean music shows. All right, are you ready, ARMY? Billboard ranked the top 50 BTS songs and in the No. 1 spot for the best BTS song of all time is none other than ”Blood, Sweat & Tears!” The track off 2016’s ‘Wings’ arrived just as BTS were on the cusp of becoming the K-Pop phenomenon around the world we know them as today. The track managed to utilize popular music trends without losing touch with what makes BTS the tremendous artists that they are. For the full list of all 50, you can head to Billboard.com right now and of course, these are just the songs our experts picked.
